• Managed a team of project managers responsible for maintaining the availability of Vanguard’s production IT environments.
• Achieved web and online availability of 99.8% for the first time in three years.
• Lead Vanguard’s Problem Management initiative to eliminate repetitive incidents and better align with ITIL standards.
• Drove many performance improvement initiatives such as, the creation of a new online reporting mechanism, new external web templates, and an automated external web scoring and reporting tool.
• Worked closely with Recruiting to represent Vanguard at university career fairs, student relations events, and with the internship program.
